On September 12, 2024 at 6pm, expert time and productivity manager Kayla Fusilier Clouatre will offer “Productivity Time,” a workshop to help entrepreneurs “get focused, get prepared and get profitable! The program will be offered at the Ascension Small Business Center (2430 S. Burnside Ave. – enter and park in rear of location).
Participants will learn concepts of prioritizing tasks and creating routines and schedules to maximize their time as entrepreneurs and craftsmen. Business owners often feel being busy is equal to being productive, but it is not. As entrepreneurs, many small firms, particularly microbusinesses, own the responsibilities of all areas of administration. Poor planning can be destructive to the business’s productivity and make a dramatic impact on the bottom line. Being prepared as an entrepreneur requires time and productivity management as a number one priority.
